LiveJournal user "andirawks" shared this recipe in the Food Porn community at LiveJournal and it's reprinted here with permission. (Please don't be shocked by the community name! It's a friendly, resourceful, inspiring place and the name is all in fun.)

I'm not going to change a word of the recipe as described in the community - I think it's fun and tells you everything you need to know.

I made it%!#!
I just melted chocolate chips and added corn syrup to make it like.. plyable? and poured it onto some plastic wrap on a cookie sheet.. froze..
Marshmallow fluff and coconut.. for the "rice"
and the fruit is apples, bananas, and strawberries..
roll reeeeal tight and freeze again in the plastic wrap!
Cut and arrange on sushi plates from Big Lots heh.. the "soy sauce" is chocolate syrup..

I would have added some orange sugar crystals you know as "roe" but I forgot to buy some :(

Andirawks did mention in a later comment that this was a trial run - and that the next time the chocolate would be rolled out thinner. Other than this change, she was quite pleased with her first attempt.
