1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons buttermilk of sour milk (just add a dash of lemon juice to milk)
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup grated zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or lots more!)

1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 8" cake pan.

2. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Stir in oil, egg, vanilla, milk; beat well.

3. In a separate bowl, stir cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour together. Add to butter mixture. Stir in zucchini.

4. Pour batter into pan. Smooth top and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
