A coffeehouse located in what was once a citrus storage warehouse is supposedly
haunted by the ghost of a young African-American man who shows himself on a
regular basis.

Actually, it's a list of late night coffee shops in Dallas, but I do love the
logic that prompted this guy to start this page:"I had the weirdest urge
to start a page dealing with hot beverages, free wireless internet access and
the paranormal. It may have something to do with the link between investigating
late at night and large amounts of caffeine to stay awake, or the fact that
I got started in this field when I lived in Seattle."
